Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition — unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that bank or credit card processing times may vary. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@tovace.com.
